This hunting lease property is surrounded on three sides by nearly (1100) eleven hundred prime acres of Jackson state prison farm property that no hunting is allowed on. The whitetail bucks in this part of Jackson county Michigan grow big antlers as hunting pressure is minimal.
This hunting property can be leased in five (5) day increments. I engage in Quality Deer Management and YOU WILL SEE MANY LARGE JACKSON COUNTY WHITETAIL BUCKS, however you may only shoot 130 score or better Pope and Young plus whitetail buck deer. I strongly encourage hunters to harvest a doe. I have blinds throughout the property some of which are over food plots. You must be an ethical hunter and submit to a background check and HAVE NO Michigan DNR VIOLATIONS.
I only have two (2) hunters on this southern Michigan hunting lease per (5) five days, then it is rested for (2) two days. You are not allowed to still hunt or walk the property. All hunters stay on the trails when walking to and from their blinds. I do not want these big Jackson county whitetail bucks chased off the property. The thickets are phenomenal bedding areas for these monster Jackson county whitetail bucks. I have practiced Quality Deer Management for 7 years as have my larger land owning neighbors. This is my third year leasing this premier southern Michigan hunting property and I am looking to build long term relationships with ethical hunters who appreciate the opportunity to harvest big southern Michigan whitetail bucks in Jackson county. Price includes a rustic furnished trailer with pots/pans and utensils, to stay in right on the property.
